I purchased AutoDesk Design Suite 2013. When I started installing it, AutoCAD installed correctly, but ran into an error with the 3D programs. I was able to fix that, and my AutoCAD stopped working completely. I have tried the complete unistall 2 times now and my version still states that I have already downloaded and installed AutoCAD on that computer and will not allow me to reinstall it. It has allowed me to reinstall all of the other Design Suite Software. How do I reinstall the AutoCAD software back onto my computer? (what am I missing to completely erase AutoCAD from my system so that the setup software doesn't reconize a ghost program?)
Your help is greatly appreciated (since AutoDesk has no help desk)
