We are a small engineering firm with a multi-seat license for AutoCAD Civil 3d 2009 software. We are trying to install a seat here in our subsidiary office. Our registration routine doesn't want to install the serial number on the box. What can we do about this?

Your product likely was or is on Subscription and has been auto-fulfilled to a later version. If the product is still under Subscription you will have to get a prior use serial number activation from Autodesk or your reseller to install this product. If this product has been upgraded or cross-graded and is not under Subscription, you're probably out of luck.
