AutoCad Architecture 2013 Installation Failed

I have been trying to install AutoCad Architecture 2013 but it keeps failing. Please help. I will attach the log file.

And other suggestions are:

1  lease try to use another user with admin rights to install

2  Turn off anti-virus and firewall

3  Turn of UAC

4  Try to copy all the installation files into your local harddisk, and install from there.
