The location you are saving to is not allowing you to replace the DWG file. Nothing you can fix in AutoCAD, that's a Windows/Server restriction.

AutoCAd requires READ/WRITE/DELETE/RENAME access to the file location through your Windows User profile. This is how SAVE works in AutoCAD:
- Save creates a TMP file.
- AutoCAD deletes the BAK file.
- AutoCAD renames the DWG file to BAK.
- AutoCAD renames the TMP file to DWG.
