Autocad 2015 Student Activation Code

I am currently taking a Course in the UK I have been able to create and account > download and install the software, but when it comes to the activation the code that was automatically generated from the install it matches the email information but does not allow the software to become full on the 3 year student trails licence.

With out access to the current software i cannot catch up on my assigments which are now becoming quite extensive.

1.    Visit http://knowledge.autodesk.com/contactus
2.    Select “Activation & Registration” or “License Management”
3.    Select appropriate subtopics from the pull-down menus
4.    Select “I Still Need Help”  if you need personal assistance
