Autocad 2014 or 2015 installer does not launch on Windows 7

Hi,

I can't install Autocad, the installer I downloaded does not launch in my computer. There's no error messages. I deactivated firewall and antivirus uac, cleaned temp folder... 

In the log file in temp folder there's allways the same message:

2014/11/2:18:52:50 === Logging started ===
2014/11/2:18:52:50 Opened store success.
2014/11/2:18:52:50 Certificate not found, registering.
2014/11/2:18:52:50 Opened store success.
2014/11/2:18:52:50 Unregistering the certificate.

Can somebody help me? Thanks

Can you try a browser download of your AutoCAD product from the Virtual Agent?
