Autocad 2014 education licence

Hi,

We have purchased an Autocad 2014 education licence, it has installed fine, but when we try to activate the product we have run into some problems.

Firstly i cannot activate over the inernet, the first attached screeen grab shows the message. We have an unblocked working internet connection.

We then tried to Request an activation code using an offline method. But the system just stops here (2nd screen grab below), there is no form to complete:

Any help would be great!

1.    Visit http://knowledge.autodesk.com/contactus
2.    Select “Activation & Registration” or “License Management”
3.    Select appropriate subtopics from the pull-down menus.
4.    Select “I Still Need Help”  if you need personal assistance.

Hi, still having problems.

Trying to do an offline activation because for whatever reason Autodesk cannot detect my internet connection. However I cannot find the "Request form" to insert my "Request code" that I should find by browsing to http://www.autodesk.com/productlicensesupport_en

Could someone send me the direct link to this form?

Using the above link, I click on "Stand alone licence" click "Activate and Register" then i reach a dead end with no sign of this request form.

The URL in this message does not take me to any request form.

Additional info: I am using WIndows XP with SP3.

Hi @Anonymous,

Please send me a private message with your request code and serial number and I will generate an activation code.

Then please follow these directions on how to manually activate your Autodesk product using an activation code which might be easier to follow.
