Autocad 2014 do not start in windows 8.1

I upgraded to windows 8.1 last night. Everything worked well, and had no errors during the update process, but when I try to open Autocad 2014 appears a fatal error during SplashScream, I have removed and reinstalled everything from autodesk (with service packs) and changed the dll according to the most recent hotfix, yet he keeps giving fatal error in SplashScream!

My PC is a Dell Inspiron 14z, i7 8gb

Sorry I did not placed here, but it was a annoying week for me.
I did a clean install of Windows 8, but the autocad remained the same, breaking during the splash screen (I was installing autocad after installing all the latest drives provided by Dell, that should be the correct procedure). After two days of pure desperation, I realize what was making autocad crash, it was the graphic card's drive. When I installed the latest version provided by AMD, autocad opened normally. As I was with a clean OS, I tried to upgrade to windows 8.1 again and that's it, everything is working normally.

Thank you all for the attention.
Sorry for my english, i'm from brazil.

Techically 8.1 is not yet a supported OS upgrade for the Autodesk products.  There may be additional incompatibilities that are not yet known.

Tente a primeira opção e me dê um retorno.

Turn off your firewall and anti-virus.
Have IE open.
Ensure your windows log-in is as FULL ADMIN.
Do NOT install the software over the Internet, diwnload the entire +1Gig file then double-click on it.
