AutoCAD 2013 will not run after installation.

After downloading and installing AutoCAD 2013, I found that it would not start up. I would double-click on the shortcut, and the mouse would make a few loading symbols, then...nothing. I will say that during to first try of installing the program, it stopped itself because "file not found". So I accepted this and reinstalled, hoping things would be rosy. My PC is certainly capable as specified, and is diligently kept free of malware by yours truly. It is aging a little having been built in 2009 and me being the second owner of it but I cant see that as being a problem. Please help!

Maybe try resetting AutoCAD or try reinstalling it..
