Hello,
first i will excuse for my bad english
. Well, my problem is that i installed AutoCAD Electrical 2013 and after the installation i have entered the serial number and product key. But now i can´t activate it. The window show me this problem
Ok sorry it´s in german but i hope the error code (800c0005) is the same.
What can i do to activate it?

That means that automatic activation is failing. You need to manually activate your product.
