I am having trouble on a new computer iwth Windows 7 (64 bit) and Autocad LT 2012. The software hangs up at the Check License screen. Id doe not do it all the time but most of the time. I have tried to disable virus checking, etc., with little luck. Any thoughts?

Disable UAC. Right click and Run as Administrator. Do you still have the problem?
