Autocad 2012 NW License error [-96.7.11001]

Dear sir,

 

I changed the server system it was installed autocad 2012 network licenses server sucessfully.. 

 

but if we open autocad 2012 application in client system the below error is showing

 

Error [-96.7.11001] 

I attached the error print screen

What did you change?

 

Can you PING the server?  Is the license service running and does it show AutoCAD 2012 licenses are available?

Server System have been changed.... client to server is pinging.... license servuce is running in LMTOOLS Utility..... Autocad 2012 licenses are available however the problem is continue......... pls clarify the Error [-96.7.11001]

a -96 error is  License server machine is down or not responding.
See the system administrator about starting the server,
or make sure that you're referring to the right host

When you say server system has been changed, what changed?  Did you get a new license file after the change?

New License File has been taken for changed server system.............. there are 3 clients systems under single license server.... one is working perfectly the remaining two are showing this error [-96.7.11001].

In LMTOOLS if we click start server  it is showing Server Start Successful but if we click Reread License File it is showing Reread Server Failed

Sounds like to me that the adskflex.exe is starting then stopping.  Open Task Manager and watch it.  Start the service.  See if adskflex.exe shows up in the processes list and then disappears. 

 

Do a status enquiry and see if it is running still.  You might post your debug.log file here.
