Autocad 2012 LT Activation error

Hi,

We have formatted the laptop and reinstalled OS. While Activating Autocad 2012LT we are getting errors as attached in file. Please do the needful .

Hi Ajit Sinare,

I have removed the attachment from your message as it contained your serial number. Please, avoid posting sensitive information such as your serial number on these public forums as this can compromise the security of your account with us and your ability to activate your software in the future.

Regarding the error you are seeing, your 2012 program has been upgraded to the 2013 version, therefore it cannot be automatically activated anymore. You now have two options:

1 - Activate the 2013 version of your software online (you contract manager should be able to provide you with the serial number and product key for this version). Note that if you choose to activate the 2013 version, you will not be able to activate the 2012 version again in the future as your subscription contract with us has expired.

2 - Send me the request code for the 2012 version via Private Message and I will manually activate it for you (click on my camilo.lemos profile name and then on Send This User a Private Message).
