Hello,
I am having issues reactivating an AutoCAD 2012 license
It is a subscription licensce and was purchased two or three years ago
my firm purchased four licensces at the time, two network, two standalone
from day one, there were issues with activation. the serial numbers on the boxes did not activate. After a lot of back and forth with our resellers and support, we were given new serials, and we were able to activate the licences
Two months ago, on of our user PCs died. we were runing the standalone license on it. we have replaced the system, but we are unable to activate using the serial number
Can this be resolved here, or do i have to go the long and tortuos back and forth with support?
i would appreciate a response so i could provide the serial number in question.
