AutoCAD 2011 on directX 11

Hi

 

I have a problem with AutoCAD 2011 on my new notebook with windows 7 and directX 11, cause during installation it says that i don't have directX 9.0c, i tryied to install it from autocad install folder, but it says that i already have directX 9.0, but autocad still says me that I don't have that... Is it possible that AutoCAD 2011 just doesn't support directX 11?

In this case, you could try to install directx manually from MS site.

but the actual issue is Autocad installation error 1603.

 

1603 is generic permission error, please try to install the software in diagnostics mode as described here

If the issue persisits, please post the all the log files from the %temp% folder (start->run/search->type %temp% ->Enter) as a zip file.
