AutoCAD 2011 Installation error

I have tried downloading the installation file and running the installation from the Subscription web site.

Each time I recieved the same error.  My anti-virus was disabled when running the install.

I had my IT department verify the some file are being extracted but not all to finish the installation.

Unexpected end of archive... are you sure you downloaded *all* of the installation files?

I used the download manager from AutoDesk's website.  The only file it download was "AutoCAD_Mechanical_2011_English_Win_32bit.exe"

Sometimes the download manager is problematic.  You might use the alternate download method instead.
