Is it possible for you to enable the verbose logging for Windows Installer on the machine by adding the following to the registry?

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer]
"Logging"="voicewarmup"

Then try running just the Materials Library package from within the media or install image, located in the Support\ADSKMaterials\ILM folder. Then you can find the Windows Installer log which will be generated in the TEMP directory (accessed by typing '%temp%') and verify what is actually causing the error. Please feel free to upload the log if you would like.

The error can be due to permissions on the system so you can also try to run the msi by right clicking and choosing Run as Administrator. Sometimes this can also be due to a corruption of the .NET Framework on the system but seeing the information in the log will helps get to the root cause much more quickly.

Hi,Alison

I didn't find the 'Installer' folder below 'Windows', so I created one and also a variable 'Logging' with its value.

Anyway, then I tried to install the Materials Library Package in first step, that was successful.

Finally, I installed just the AutoCAD product with no problem.

Maybe the reason is that I have already defined the root of Materials Library in the driver E but not C when I installed another Autodesk product last time.

Thank you very much for your help!
