AutoCAD 2011 for Mac - Serial # & Activation for Assistance Program Members

I am enrolled in the Autodesk Assistance Program and am trying to use AutoCAD 2011 for Mac. I am not able to find a serial number, activation code ect.. for that software to be used beyond a trial download for 30 days. I have inquired numerous times to the Assistance Program Support and only recently received a response that was not at all correct for my problem. They gave me info that pertains to the PC version of AutoCAD 2011 even though I specifically stated it is for the MAC version! Furthermore, I followed the footnotes of the email if I needed to ask for more help, which stated "just reply to this email", and my mail was sent back to me undeliverable. Someone please help me out

I asked about this internally. Question 17 in this FAQ should answer for where you get your serial number. Have you been to the site to generate it? Did you not receive an email with the serial number after you generated it? After you have a serial number you can go through the automated activation process or manually activate using the contact information in question 18.
