AutoCAD 2011, after installation, eNotApplicable problem

Hi folks;

I use Windows 7 32-bit English. I downloaded a trial version of AutoCAD Architecture 2011 and installed it. But everytime I run the program it gives this error which is at the attechment. It's like below:

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** Exception Text **************
Autodesk.AutoCAD.Runtime.Exception: eNotApplicable
at Autodesk.AutoCAD.Runtime.Variable.set_Value(Object value)
at Autodesk.AutoCAD.Ribbon.RibbonPaletteSet.SetRibbonState(Boolean value)
at Autodesk.AutoCAD.Ribbon.RibbonPaletteSet.RibbonPaletteSet_StateChanged(Object sender, PaletteSetStateEventArgs e)

.....................................
.............................

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Also I'm not able to see the Drafting Workspace, it's sticked up to the 3D Modeling Workspace. And I can not see the Menu bar, I tried to open it from Quick Access bar, but it does not work.

When I start to work on a previous study, AutoCAD crashes.

What is the problem??

Thanks.
