I would start by opening, and carefully reviewing, every one of those logs that contains the words "Inventor" and "2013" in the name.  Also, look in the _Axxxx.tmp folders to see if there's anything there.  You should also check the Windows Event Log (eventvwr.msc) for errors or warnings that occured around the date/time of the installation attempt.
