AutoCAD 2010 on Win 7 with Fusion

I have a Macbook OS X v10.5.8 with 4GB RAM.  I installed Fusion, then Win 7 (32-bit), then AutoCAD 2010 (32-bit).  I get the following error message when I try to open CAD  "A problem caused this program to stop interacting with Windows."  The signature is "AppHangB1"

If I re-install Win 7 (64-bit) and AutoCAD 2011 (64-bit) and use boot camp, will that fix the problem?

Thanks,

Jennifer

Parallels or Bootcamp is the preferred method per

Thank you.  I will use Bootcamp.  One other question - will AutoCAD run on my Intel Core Duo 2 processor?  (I know the Autodesk system requirements are Intel Pentium 4.)
