We've had AutoCAD @ our job for years, utilizing the Network Deployment feature for numerous users. Recently it has stopped working, and we are unable to contact anybody from customer support who has the knowledge base to help us. If someone who works for Autodesk could sit down and walk us through it would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Hi Chase,
You aren't going to be able to get that level of support through the forum. Can you perhaps let us know where you are getting stuck? Are you getting any error message or have you collected any log files? What OS are you installing the program on. Does this fail 100% of the time?
Phone support is not going to be an option either as AutoCAD 2010 is no longer a supported product. Here's a video that can guide you through deployment creation though.

There's nothing license related you would need to "attach" if you are running a network license version you would need to specify the name of the license server. If it's a standalone license all that is needed is the serial number and product key. If you are still getting stuck please attach a screenshot of the screen where you are running into trouble.
you can call your reseller for help no guarantee they will help since 2010 is unsupported and if they do help it may not be free

The installation program creates the licpath.lic file and stores it in the autocad installation folder (may vary on same verticals like mechanical or electrical). During the creation of the deployment you were asked for your type of network server, then you type in the ip-addresses. These were saved in a transformation (.mst) for your acad.msi.
If your ip-addresse(s) for your license server(s) has changed, you can easily modify the transformation file (.mst) in your deployment.
If you want I can do it for you. Takes 2 minutes 🙂
