AutoCad 2007 crashes after re-installation

I have had trouble re-installing my AutoCad. Now it looks like I made it, but the software became really unstable. I can open dwg documents and even make simple changes but actions such as hatch crashes AutoCad every time. 

 

I have removed and re-installed AC several times, nothing changes. 

 

What can I do?

Are you using a supported operating system?  Have you updated all the service packs?

OK I finally googled the supported systems. I see the problem now. I have Windows 7 on this computer, no wonder AC is unreliable. Looks like I have to purchase updated version. Too bad, as I only need it occationally. 

 

Service pack updates will not fix this problem, I suppose?
