Hello, we need the support assistance to help us, I´m Jorge Salgado from IT PharmOps in Novartis Mexico.
We use two licenses from Autocad 2004 in our engineering area, today we had a upgrade from operative system (Win XP Professional modify for Novartis), after that we can´t get in to AutoCAD SW, the error message is the following;
if your company modified your operating system that maybe why your having problems with it
