asus notebook pc not accepting download

I have new asus notebook windowss 8.1 everytimei download free trial of autocad and it says error connection or error fire wall, or error server bad.  I trid everyting and it still freezes at same stop with message after download stop and install start. it even gave me this message i attached, so weird. HELP PLEASE

I chatted with customer service today and they didnt help and told me to post on this forum. Which I have already done. Way to go AUTOCAD . I was looking to purchase if i liked the Trial and yall cant even get me a copy to download and work and even offer to help. YOU SUCK

Hello and welcome to the forum,

 

Sorry you are having trouble with the trial download. Can you try the direct download links on the virtual agent as a workaround?

 

Go to http://autodesk.creativevirtual15.com/autodesk/bot.html?isJSEnabled=1&businessArea=Root.Front%20Desk...

 

Select the 2nd Choice "Download Links "

 

Select your product

 

You are now presented with the choice to download the software.

•In the preferences or options area of your preferred browser, remove pop-up blockers and allow access to all *autodesk.com sites.
•In the preferences or options area of your preferred browser, delete cookies, temporary internet files, and history.
1. Turn off your personal firewall or VPN, if you use one.
2. Disable UAC
3. Close and reopen your preferred browser.
4. Go to http://autodesk.creativevirtual15.com/autodesk/bot.html?isJSEnabled=1&businessArea=Root.Front%20Desk...
5. Select the choice "Download Links".
6. Select your product, then variant, then version as applicable.
7. You should now be presented with the choice to download your software.
