Asset Locator Computer Not Found

I have installed asset manager and ran the tool. I have administrator rights but when the computers show up in my network search it shows "Computer not Found". What could be causing this?

Hello Benjamin,

 

Please check the client computers that are "unreachable" if "Remote Registry" Service is running or started.

 

Simply go to the Client computer that is 'unreachable', open Services (Start - Run - Type services.msc), find the service called 'Remote Registry' and Start the service.

 

 

When you run a search again, this computer will now be reachable by the Autodesk Asset Locator, and you will see the Autodesk products on this PC in the search results.
