Army Fort Bliss TX - Federal Government - AutoCAD 2012

Dear AutoDesk folks - please help us Government folks. Army Fort Bliss TX (El Paso, TX) must have a Network License - because AutoCAD 2012 is on my computer and other Engineer's computers on Fort Bliss TX (El Paso TX). For some reason I "don't have the LINETYPES FILE acad.lin. I sent a Work Ticket to our IT folks. They told me to get a free down-load from Google. BOO !! HISS !! Free Downloads are dangerous - comes with TROJAN horses !! AutoCAD should provide us with the acad.lin file, and tell me which folder to place it into - lots and lots of AutoDesk folder on my C: drive. Donald E.
