Architecture 2008 license vs Civil 3D 2008 license

We have got network license server who works with ADT 2007 licenses and later were added AutoCAD Architecture 2008 license but when i inserted in this license file civil 3d 2008 license and started this server two ADT licenses worked correctly but in front of civil 3d license in license file lmtools shows "unsupported license for server"

You should certainly make sure that you run the
latest copy of the lmgrd and vendor daemon. This is likely necessary to get
things working.

Also you should watch out if you merged the files
correctly. It can be a little hard if havn't tried this before.
