AppData Installation Problem- Error 1317

I tried to install Autocad Mechanical 2012 on my Windows 7 Ultimate, 64 bit stand alone machine.  When it comes to the part were it trys to install Autocad Mechanical 2012 it comes up with the error message:

"Error 1317.  An error occured while attempting to create the directory:

 C:\Users\Home.Home-PC\AppData"

WHAT DO I DO, I REALLY NEED THIS SOFTWARE TO INSTALL.  PLEASE HELP

Just in case your current Windows user profile (for Home.Home-PC) is corrupted please try the following:

1.Create a new local system admin account.

2.Log on with the new admin account

3.Disable antivirus

4.Disable User Access Control Manager

5.Start installing AutoCAD Mechanical 2012.

Just disable user account control setting to very low . And works fine.
