An error appears when triyng to activate license

Hi!

 

I've been trying to activate Autocad 2014 and Revit 2014 using the serial number that you guys gave me and somehow everytime this appears on my screen "Your online activation request has returned an error (400) which is not allowing your request to be processed using our automated systems." ¿what can I do?

You will need to provide your serial number and the request code.
