Instead of setting LM_LICENSE_FILE use ADSKFLEX_LICENSE_FILE as it is read
in higher priority. The syntax of the variable is the same. That said, I
do not think this is what your problem is.
Are you running any internet security/firewall software on that workstation?
If so, make sure that TCP ports 27000 - 27009 plus 2080 are enabled.
