Try to reset AutoCAD first...

If that doesn' t work, I would uninstall/reinstall AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Sorry for disturbance but ur solution is not working and befor I will go
back to c3d 2014 I wanna ask one question anyone try to make apply rule to
semp to depth rule in c3d 2015 without an AeccDbNetworkRule::runDotNetScript
error
