admin and no admin license error

Hi @ all,

got a problem with wan, on the one site, autocad 2007 works fine, on another side, when i am logged in as admin, i got a license, when a normal user is logged in, no license can be obtained. user has full rights on his profile. any idea?
FLEXLM TIMEOUT is set.

Maybe the user doesn't have full rights on the WAN.

Seems like if it works on that computer and on that network, there's not much left to narrow down.
