Adlm vs. Flex and ADT 3 vs. 3.3

Recently I installed a 5 user network license of Arch Desktop R3 SP1 and it
used the Adlm license manager. The intent at the time was to buy 10 more
licenses and add them to the network license. Now that we have finally
purchased the remaining 10 licenses, they are R3.3 and include only the new
Flex license manager.

Does anyone know if the the R3 Adlm licenses can be transferred to the Flex
license manager? This really defeats the purpose of the network license if
the same product has two different licensing schemes.

The only way to transfer is to upgrade all to FlexLM.

I hoped that the R3 could be upgraded to Flex. I guess my real question was
to make sure that the R3 could be upgraded and I would n't be stuck with 5
that had to be on Adlm and 10 that had to be on Flex.

Thanks,

To get those other 5 licenses on FlexLM, you'll have to upgrade the version
from 3 to 3.3.

Sorry. (If you were on VIP you would not have to worry about this)

As I understand it:
If you would like to keep 5 ADT3's and 10 ADT3.3's you could install the
ADLM and the FlexLM on the server and authorize the 5 seats of ADT3 using
ADLM and authorize the 10 seats of ADT3.3 using FlexLM. If you want all of
your users to be using the most current product, you will need to upgrade
the 5 seats of ADT3 to ADT3.3 and attach them to the master serial number of
the ADT3.3's and get a new authorization code for FlexLM for 15 seats of
ADT3.3
