AdLM Fatal Error

Hi,
Can you help me on this problem? AdLM won't launch and

Operating System : Windows NT Server (Service pack 4)
Product Purchase : Autocad Mechanical (Network Version)

Problem(when running AcadMech)
Cannot run acadmech on server and workstation.
Error
FATAL ERROR : Security system (hardware lock or network license)
is not functioning or is improperly
installed
Problem(when running AdLM)
ADLM unable to lauch either automatic or Manual.
Error
ADLM ERROR : Unable to start server; check event log for reason
Problem(when running AdLM control)
ADLM Control unable to execute
Error
No active servers.

We checked the event log, but nothing showed up.
