Adesk Server problems...........

I have just upgraded to BDS Ultimate, got my notification from the Subscription center that the download is ready, downloaded 2 of the 5 files there, then since 8:00 am est yesterday, everytime I log in to get the rest of the files, I see that I don't have the  option to download it any more.....Has any else seen this or have this problem?  It's telling me I have no software to download.
