 Hi bro, i buy autodesk building design suite premium 2014, i don't know went i update have pay for this ?

I don't quite understand your question.

 

If you are referring to updates and service packs for 2014, then no, they are free.

 

If you are referring to update to 2015, then the cost is covered as part of your Subscription.  If you do not elect to buy Subscription, then you will have to pay for the product again when you upgrade manually.
