i got my activation code but it only gives me 14 segments and it asks for 16

How did you get Activation Code? If you use online method it should be activated automatically in the background without you even having to know what the code is.

Did you resolve this? I am having the same problem. All my ACAD machines are not on the internet, so going online and activating is not an option.

I'm having this problem too.

Even after using the online activation method when I try to open up Maya10 the license window pops up again..

I tried it a couple times and it did not work...
