I am having an issue getting this thing working and having somebody to talk would have resolve issue much earlier. I did a purchase on 18th Nov 2012 and I am still not able to activate the software. I got this 201 error and asked to try again later or submit a issue which will take 2 business days (sucks)


Now I am getting that You have exceeeded the number of times you can receive  an activation code......"


I am not able to use the software the Day I bought it and I have go thru tones of information before I can do something in this.
