Activation procedure not working properly

Hello, I bought AutoCad 2016 LT licence for 1 year. I try activate this product but I have not add users on my autodesk account. Account was reset by polish distributor. Best regards Dariusz Wegrzynowski

Hi @Anonymous and welcome to the Autodesk Community!

 

What exactly do you mean by "account was reset by Polish distributor"? If your distributor has made modifications to your account, they will need to investigate whatever issues that may have caused.

 

Could you please clarify?
