Activation problem with Desktop Subscription license when account login changed

Hi, my colleague has a TERM license of ACAD LT 2015. His user email (contact) was different to the login. He changed his Autodesk login so now his email is the same as Autodesk login. And now when he tried to run and activate his LT, he gets an error like "Ask your administrator for permission to use this product". He cannot use the Activate button - only Cancel or "Log in as another user" - tis didnt help either. Does anybody know how to activate it? Thank you Jiri

This error occurs when the user trying to log in is not assigned to the product. Please see this Autodesk Solution to help resolve the problem. If you have any other questions or concerns please reply to this post. Thank you!
