We have what I understand to be a network license for 2007 w/2008 upgrade that is stored on our network server. I believe we hold two licenses for two computers to run it simulataneously. 2007 was installed on more then two machines years ago. Only one machine remains with 2007 still running on it that I am able to access the About menu to view the licensing info for that computer.
We have two new laptops in the company that will be the primary machines running the 2008 software. Both of these laptops are asking for us to Activate the Product and are counting down days. When I enter the serial number from the boxes, 2007 and 2008 upgrade have the same serial number, I get an error that the serial number is not valid. Not sure how to proceed.
Assistance and direction would be greatly appreciated.
