Activation Failed - Student License - Autodesk AutoCAD 2014 (English) 64-Bit

Hi,

i can't activate Autodesk AutoCAD 2014 (English) 64-Bit (student license).

I followed the procedure described on-line:

- start the program

- click on "activate"

- click on "Connect Now and Activate"

- i logIn with my user and password

- then, in the following window, i receive the message: "The serial number that you entered is not valid. Try Again."

I double checked the serial-number and it's right. 

However, on Autodesk website, "My software" page, i see the following error just above the AutoCAD 2014 (English) 64-Bit serial number:

"Error assigning serial number to product: This is an operation implementation generated fault"

Maybe that is the problem. Can somebody help?
