I purchased a 1month subscription to AutoCAD LT.

I was sent a serial number / product key for 2015 version.

Errors keep arising when 2015 is installed.

2014 downloads without issues - but i am ubnable to find the 2014 serial number / product key.

I am unable to activate this program.

I am told the the 2014 version is an acceptable version to download - however the necessary codes will be provided upon download of the software.

My clock is ticking on this subscription and i am very frustrated. Please help

Hi Dale,

I have generated the 2014 License under your account. You still have the same Serial # as your 2015 but the Product Key you should use is 057F1.
