Hi Sir,

We've installed 3ds max 2012 and wanted to export our license but customer is not on subscription so they can't able to export their license now.

They have formatted the machine, now

We are trying to install the product via activation code (generated by request code), since serial no. in not valid, we are unable to generate an activation code.

Kindly help me.

The details of the product is as follows:-

Product : 3ds max 2012 (standalone)

Like DarrenP said, please do not post sensitive information such as your serial number in public forums.
