An activation code is supplied to you automatically when you activate your product over the Internet. Should activation fail, then you need to input this number manually after receiving the activation code from Autodesk directly. To do this, call Autodesk Activations at 1-800-551-1490 and supply them with your request code. Try activating automatically online first though.

2. Select “Activation & Registration” or “License Management”
3. Select appropriate subtopics from the pull-down menus
4. Select “I Still Need Help” if you need personal assistance
