I am trying to install 3ds Max 2014 on a computer in a closed network which has no internet connection. Since it is a closed network, I have to copy the files to a Double Density DVD, then bring it into the closed network. When I try install the program from the disk, it gets about halfway through then asks for me to insert the disc (the DVD is already in the computer). What is going on? We acquired the program through download from Autodesk, therefore I do not have an official install disc. Any suggestions?

Yes. Copy the media to the hard drive.
Did you properly extract then combine all the files and folders, overwriting when prompted?
