Activated? New codes every time we open the program?

We have a stand alone lisense (term) for Revit LT 2015 suite. We have installed the program from our autodesk account (Autodesk-ID). We are able to use the program now but each time we open it up, there comes an email that says "thank you for registration". It also includes a activation code.. but... isn't our program already activated???

When we open the program, we go straight in to it, there is no window saying "activate" or "try".

Not getting the choice to choose "activate" - does this mean that the program is already activated? If not, how do we solve this?

We have tried to activate it on "www.registeronce.autodesk.com..." -  but then it says that our requestcode does not match the serial number. It says ("error 3")

Pelase, help us find a solution.

Thank you

Is this a rental agreement, or a permanent license?  Are you running any kind of system restore/lock-out software?  And is the software being run in "viewer mode"?

Hi!

Answering your questions:

-This is a rental agreement, annual.
- We have no restore/lockout system, we think.... (For info: We have everything on a server here at the office, we also have a virus protection named: Symantec endpoint protection small business edition.)
- How do we know if the program is run in viewer mode? There is no indication of that. If we, for example, go under main menu and then license - all the information there is filled out with for example computername, serial number and product key etc.

Thank you for your help.
