ACLNETENGINE 18 alert

Hello,

After installing Architecture 2012 on a Win XP x32 computer, I get the following alert when I open it:

AclnetEngine18

Could not write to the Internet cache on your computer. Try the following steps to correct the problem. Open Internet Explorer and click tools > internet options. On the General tab, click Delete files to delete temporary Internet files.

Even after I delete temporary internet files in IE and Chrome, I still get the alert. I can't find any info the internet, surprisingly, so I'm at a loss to the cause and cure.

I have loaded 2012 on 20+ other computers (Win XP, Win 7 & 8, both x32 and x64) without seeing this.

Any ideas?
