ACAD2KiPP licence defect

Hello,

I exported a registered licence from one Workstation (OS NT4 SP6) to
another Workstation in my office. I worked on this Workstation (OS NT4 SP6)
with AutoCAD 2000 i PP and the migration tool. While working with the
migration tool an error occurred, Dr. Watson notifies an error from Cdilla
and closed the migration tool and AutoCAD. Cdilla challenged me to restart
the workstation.

After restart, there was no problem with the migration tool or AutoCAD and
now I wanted to export the licence to the original CAD-Workstation, but it
was not possible. The Licence Status is active but during export Cdilla
indicates that the licence cannot be exported at the moment, because the
licence is defective.

Two day's later I can't start AutoCAD 2000i PP.

I contact autodesk authcodes@eur.autodesk.com three times via email but I
get no response, I think this behavior is absolutely unkindly for customer.

Please can someone tell me a solution for my problem?
